BIO
Paul W. Hevingham is a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an experienced Civil and Commercial Mediator and was called to the Bar in 2006. He now practises full time as a Barrister. He has acted as Advocate, Adjudicator and Mediator on a wide range of construction, planning, land and property disputes both in the UK and the Channel Islands.

BACKGROUND
Paul is qualified to accept Direct Access clients under the Bar Council’s rules and has a wide Licensed Access client portfolio from his years in private practice.
Paul is married with 4 children and lives in Devon. His hobbies include playing the guitar, gardening, chess and watching rugby. He is a keen skier and walker. He regularly commutes to Bristol, Birmingham and London and generally covers the Western Circuit encompassing the County Courts of Taunton, Exeter, Truro and Plymouth.
